It's unfortunate to see that this product has not worked for others. I on the other hand, purchased these in a store. I really didn't think they would work. I am very surprised how well they do. Clothes come out wrinkle free. Slight static,but no more than with dryer sheets. No product out there is perfect. Overall, I feel this is a good product. Very impressed with results. However it works, I'm just glad it does. Thank you.

Mister Steamy works well when the foam is new but as it starts to shrink, it leaves white pieces on your clothing. I use it while the sponge is full be when it get to less than 3/4, I throw it out. :( I was looking for just replacement sponges but looks like you have to buy the whole kit again so I will go back to fabric softener!

I wish had been smart enough to read the reviews before I bought the Mister Steamy garbage. This product does not work and the people who make and market this trash should be ashamed of themselves. I want my money refunded.

Mr steamys doesnt actually release steam&dryers would have to get to 212 degrees (the boiling point of water) to make steam and no dryer gets that hot! Mr Steamys purpose is only to release small amounts of water (humidity) to dry clothes to help remove wrinkles. Honestly you can achieve the same thing by adding a wet washcloth to a load of dry clothes for about ten minutes at the dryers highest temperature. Think about it&Mr Steamy is only a rubber ball with water in it&the rubber ball doesnt actually do anything..its the water in it. Just add the water to a washcloth and achieve the exact same results! I been doing it for 30 years and it works better than Mr steamy. And for those looking to use it for refreshing clothes rather than washing them..thats disgusting! And if you must do that why not just use a dryer sheet??

I would not know if the product works because I order it several weeks ago and have not received it yet. I have call twice and they just keep saying you will get it in two days.
