Great Investment

Great product,it has had its share of problems but we have them fixed now.We just added another year to our service.

Great Value

It took us over a month to work out the bugs on the Magic Jack. I found out that we can only use one "log in" instead of the two different ones we were using. Works fine now. We took the international calling and had very clear reception to Germany.

Not Satisfied With Magic Jack

I have had trouble with this magic jack ever since we disconnected from Verizon. I cannot hear anyine, and no-one can hear me. And now all of a sudden-out of the blue, I cannot make or receive calls!!!! It is a SCAM!!!!!
