My son was excited to receive a Hover Copter for his birthday. After charging and putting in a new battery, we were all disappointed to find out that the toy does not work. The lights go on, but the propeller does not spin. I tried to call the 1-800 number on the toy but was led to an email address and got no response. I tried surfing the web for customer service but with no luck. DO NOT BUY THIS TOY!
